Terms And Conditions

Thank you for using MR INDIA! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to, and use of our website located https://MrIndia. By using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    2. By accessing and using the MR INDIA website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  2. Definitions
  • ‘’MR INDIA’’ : Refers to our website and company , including all associated content and services.
  • ‘’User’’ : Anyone who visits, browses, or interacts with our website.
  • ‘’Product’’ : Any item that MR INDIA offers for sale on the website.
  • ‘’Order’’ : A request made by the User to purchase one or more products through our website.

User Accounts
  1. Account Creation

    2. Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  2. Digital Wallet Feature

    3. MR INDIA provides users with a digital wallet feature, which allows Users to store funds electronically to facilitate quicker transactions on our website. The digital wallet can be replenished through various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

  3. Funding your Wallet

    4. Users can add funds to their digital wallet by following the steps provided on our website. All transactions to fund the wallet must be authorized, and Users agree to only input valid payment information. Users acknowledge that funds transferred to the wallet are generally non-refundable and must be used for purchases on MR INDIA platform.

  4. Wallet Transactions
  • Making Purchases: Users can use their wallet balance at checkout to purchase Products. If the wallet balance is insufficient to cover the total amount, Users will be prompted to pay the remaining balance using an alternative payment method.
  • Transaction History: Users can view their wallet transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and purchases made using the wallet. This history is accessible through the User's account dashboard.
  • Wallet to Wallet Transaction: Users can also use wallet to wallet. OTP integration will be followed for security purposes.

Promotional Coupons
  • Eligibility: Coupons may have specific eligibility requirements, such as minimum purchase amounts or restricted categories.
  • Redemption: Coupons can be entered at checkout and can be applied to eligible purchases.Only one coupon may be used per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
  • Expiration: Coupons may have expiration dates, after which they will no longer be valid. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms of each coupon before attempting to use it.
  • Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash.

Governing Law

The laws of Mauritius shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement. The Influencer accepts and agrees to the conditions of this Agreement by participating in promotional activities for Mr. India.

  • Account Termination

    • MR INDIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account that is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions involving the digital wallet.

  • Account Management

    • Users may update their account information, including payment methods, contact details, and wallet amount at any time through their account dashboard. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that all information is kept up to date.

Product Information
  • Product Descriptions

    • Each Product listed on the vendor’s website includes a detailed description that outlines its features, specifications, and potential uses. Descriptions may include details about size, color, materials, care instructions, and other relevant information. While we strive to present information that is accurate and up to date, we encourage Users to read product descriptions carefully and verify any critical details before making a purchase

  • Pricing

    • Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the vendor’s website and exclude taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. The final price during checkout will reflect any applicable taxes and shipping costs based on your location. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • User-Generated Content

    • MR INDIA may feature reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content related to the Products. These contributions help other Users make informed decisions and share their experiences.

    While we encourage Users to provide feedback, we reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the Products.

    Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual Users. MR INDIA does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, and we will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from reliance on such content.

  • Images and Visuals

    • Product images displayed on the website are provided to give you the best possible visualization of the item. However, colors may vary due to different display settings or lighting conditions, and we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will exactly match the images on the website.

    We encourage you to refer to the accompanying product description for more accurate information regarding the Product.

Ordering Process

To place an order, you must:

Browse the Indian Stores (Ajio,Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart.) and select the Products you wish to purchase.

  • If you choose personal shopping: Go to the Desired Store, copy the link and purchase it in MR INDIA, therefore, the payment will be thus processed, this will include the verificationand service fees as well. After completion of the payment, shipping fees will be the 2nd payment that has to be made.
  • If you choose Self-Service: Buy and Pay on the Store itself. Then copy and paste the link on MR INDIA. It is not obligatory to put up the price of the product. Only verification and service fees must be paid. The actual shipping fees will be based on the actual weight of the product once it arrives in Mauritius.
  • If you choose Ship Only: Buy the product and pay directly to the vendor. Then copy and paste the link on MR INDIA. Only Service fees are charged.
  • If you choose Accessories Only: Buy the product, like for e.g. jewelry. Only product fees will be charged and thus will be shipped.

Payment Terms

MR INDIA accepts various payment methods to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience:

  1. Blink by Emtel Users can pay using their Blink by Emtel money.
  2. Bank transfer: Users can pay using bank transfers.
  3. PayPal: Users can pay securely using their PayPal accounts.
  4. Wallet transaction
PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

When the price changes while purchasing, customers may be asked to pay the difference before proceeding to purchase on her behalf.

  • Security Measures

    • We employ industry-standard security measures to ensure secure payment processing, including: 128-bit SSL encryption: Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): Our payment system uses SSL to encrypt sensitive information, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates.

  • Payment Errors

    • In the event of a payment error, such as an incorrect address or declined card, contact the bank for more clarification.

  • Payment Confirmation

    • Once your payment is properly processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. In case you do not get this email within e.g., "a few minutes" or "24 hours"], do remember to check your spam/junk folder or alternatively reach out to our support team.

  • Payment Methods Expiration

           Please note that some payment methods may expire or be cancelled without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their payment method is up-to-date and valid.

Weight
  1. The weight of the product should not be more than 1 kg. Else, it will be charged as per weight.

​Shipping and Delivery

MR INDIA offers one shipping option.

  1. STANDARD SHIPPING
    1. Customers should expect their orders to be delivered within two (2) to three (3) weeks.
    2. Irrespective of the amount that the Customers have purchased their products, they must pay customs and duties as standard shipping consists of a consolidated package in one shipment to Mauritius before delivery
     STANDARD SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

    Customers may not be eligible to avail to the Mauritius customs regulations of no duty/vat below Rs1000 orders.

DISCLAIMER
  • Mr. India and Kartxport shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or breakage of items during shipping and handling. Once an order has been dispatched from our premises, we cannot guarantee the condition of the products upon delivery.
  • Customers are advised to inspect their packages upon receipt and report any issues immediately to the shipping provider for a resolution.
  • Please note that all price tags will be removed from your item purchased.
Prohibited Items Edibles

For health and safety reasons we do not allow the purchase or shipment of edible items through Mr India

  • Perishable food items like sweets, snacks, dairy products
  • Packaged food with short expiry dates
  • Spices, condiments, or powders that may be restricted by customs

Note : Any order containing such items may be cancelled without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any edible item, even if purchased through a listed partner website.

By placing an order with Mr. India, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds policy

Kindly note that all sales are considered final. We do not provide return or exchange facilities whatsoever after payment has been completed as the returning costs to India are high. Therefore, we encourage you for product verification to minimize the risk of getting the wrong product.

  • WALLET FUNDS DISCLAIMER

          Once a customer has added funds to their wallet and used them to purchase products, but later decides not to proceed with the purchase, the refunded amount will be credited back to  their wallet on our website. Please note that                these funds cannot be withdrawn or converted into physical cash. Wallet balances can only be used for future purchases on our platform. By adding money to your wallet, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • REFUND POLICY – OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    • In case a product is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the product amount and the shipping fee. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on MR INDIA website, including graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of MR INDIA and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any behavior that could harm or disrupt the site, including, but not limited to:

  • Posting false or misleading information.
  • Accessing someone else's account without permission.
  • Transmitting any material that is threatening, abusive, or obscene

Limitation of Liability

MR INDIA, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Products purchased, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or Goodwill.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy [insert link], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Storage Fees (Indian Warehouse and Mauritius Warehouse)

If the shipping charges for your order to Mauritius are not settled within a specified timeframe, the product will remain in our Indian warehouse. Thus, a storage fee of Rs1000/day will be applied. And if it’s not collected in our Mauritian Warehouse, Rs 100 will be charged. Hence, we encourage you to take your products as soon as possible. If the product is not taken, MR INDIA has the rights to take it away.

Verification

Product Verification allows us to take pictures to verify your products before sending if you’ve opted for one. You may have the ability to accept or cancel for a fee. If not verified within 12hours, MR India and Kartxport will assume that customers have accepted the product and will proceed with the shipping.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.

Modification of Terms

MR INDIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this site, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
